Stanley explains that many companies feel they are ‘unique’ and hold the concept of their ‘uniqueness’ above all when making decisions about selecting the right PLM tools for their organization. He reminds us that unlike CRM/ERP, you can’t buy a PLM system it’s more a strategy.
